This Season of Advent

The greater part of Advent is to teach us that we are to prepare our hearts for Christ, not just for the outward celebration of Christmas.

 It is a season of Joyful anticipation, where Christians prepare their hearts for Jesus' birth at Christmas and His promised return. 

The scripture and hymns of the season help us reflect and prepare for His arrival and the recognition of  His steadfast love.
